This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Nenya Labs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with the website located at madejustfor.me and any digital products or services offered therein (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you") agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collected

1.1 User-Provided Information. In connection with the creation of a digital product through the Service, the User provides information necessary to generate that product. This information is collectively referred to as "Order Inputs."

1.2 Payment Information. Payment for the Service is processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Stripe collects payment information and contact information directly from the User. The Company does not receive, access, or store such information. Stripe's processing is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

1.3 Operational Data. The Company retains technical metadata associated with the operation of the Service ("Operational Data") for troubleshooting, quality assurance, and the improvement of the Service.

1.4 Analytics. The Company uses cookieless analytics that do not employ cross-site tracking and do not collect personally identifiable information.

1.5 Cookies. The Service does not use cookies or similar technologies to track Users across sites or to build user profiles.

2. Use of Information

The Company uses Order Inputs to provide the Service requested by the User. Operational Data is used solely for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Service. The Company does not use information collected through the Service for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. Disclosure of Information

The Company does not sell, rent, or share Order Inputs or Operational Data with third parties, except: (a) to service providers acting on the Company's behalf and bound by confidentiality obligations; (b) as required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

4. Retention

Order Inputs and the resulting digital product are retained for as long as the Company makes the corresponding URL available. Operational Data and analytics data are retained for periods reasonable for their respective purposes. Users may request deletion of a specific Order and its associated data by contacting support@madejustfor.me.

5. Children

The Service is intended for use by adults. The Service is not directed to children, and children are not the intended Users of the Service. Information about a child, where applicable, is provided by an adult User. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children and does not contact, market to, or attempt to identify any individual whose information appears in Order Inputs. If the Company becomes aware that personal information has been collected directly from a child without appropriate authorization, such information will be deleted.

6. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. Users accessing the Service from outside the United States consent to the transfer and processing of their information in the United States. Requests under applicable data protection laws may be directed to support@madejustfor.me.

7. Security

The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information described in this Policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Company makes no guarantee of absolute security.

8. Changes

The Company may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date will reflect the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Service following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
